I didn?t have one, but my daddy did. He had had headaches since he was little, and one day after a cruise, the headache changed. It was pressure-y in his head. He went to the ER, and was told he had a mass in his meninges. They gave him steroids, which made him throw up. He lost some memory, and had begun to get forgetful and spaced out. He was diagnosed January 9, 2009. It was a stage 2 pineocytoma, which means it was not cancerous. He is not currently going through treatment, but he did have Gamma Knife Radiation. He said he was freaked out when he got the news, but he knew God would care for him. He?s tired a lot, and still doesn?t remember Christmas, etc from last year. He gets lost very easily. He was depressed, and gets angry quickly. Hope that helps!

Hi, I?m interested in Brain Tumors, not like i like them but i find them interesting, makes sense right?no.
well i know i can read a lot about symptoms causes and treatments, but i want to know what it was like for the person on the other side of it. so if it wouldnt be too hard can you please answer some of the questions below?

*What was your first hint you had something wrong that made you get checked? Like was it on accident?
*Did you have any symptoms? Like what? How severe and how long?
*how long ago were you diagnosed?
*What stage was the tumor?
*cancerous or not?
*are you currently going through treatment?
*what treatment did you get?
*do you remember how you felt RIGHT when you received the news?
*how do you feel now?

Sorry if any of these questions dont really make sense about tumors or something. Thanks For Your Time!!!
